How to Set Up YOUR Services

If you would like a free assessment of your situation, one of our management staff can personally meet with you and/or family members involved. At this meeting, you are under no obligation to commit to Cheerway Care services. Rather, the free assessment will determine what services are most beneficial and cost-effective for you or your loved one.

We will evaluate the care that is needed, give a detailed explanation of the care services we can provide, discuss specific requests from family or client and answer any additional questions you have for us. Our desire is to help assist with the important decisions you face. Our company's commitment is to ensure the best form of care tailored to your specific needs — starting with this initial appointment.

Our QUALITY Caregivers

All of our caregivers are trained employees as opposed to independent contractors. They are held accountable to high standards by our skilled management team. We conduct a thorough and careful screening process for each employee, including in-depth personal interviews, detailed reference checks, drug screening, and criminal background checks. We also offer continuing education and training to all employees. Our priority is to provide you with qualified, reliable and compassionate caregivers, who will give you the special attention you deserve. You can be rest-assured that we only hire caregivers that we would hire for our own family members.

We provide companion caregivers, CNAs (Certified Nursing Aides) and GNAs (Geriatric Nursing Aides).  We will provide the best caregiver for your specific situation and will work with you for the most suitable caregiver for you or your loved one. We gladly welcome feedback from our clients to ensure the best possible caregiver to meet your individual needs.

Our Management Team provides careful supervision to our caregivers. Specifically, we have licensed nurses who visit our caregivers and clients to ensure excellent care is being provided.  You can have peace of mind knowing that you or your loved one is receiving the best quality care they deserve.
